Mr T.V. Ramachandran, President, Broadband India Forum; Global Advisor IET IoT Panel, Chairman, Telecom Sector Committee, European Business group.

He is widely known in the telecoms industry as 'TV', he has played a key role in Mobile Telecommunications in India since it was first introduced in 1994. He was the 1st CEO of one of the earliest cellular ventures in India - Sterling Cellular Ltd (Essar Cellphone), Delhi – the predecessor of what is today Vodafone Delhi.

During the interview he discussed how the broadband industry is bringing the sync between different protocols which are used on different medium for communication in the IoT segment. He also discussed lots on 5G technology about the architectural change. 

The Seconded European Standardization Expert for India (SESEI) project is launched in March 2013. Its general objective is to raise awareness on the European Standardization System, values and assets in India. The project is supported and operated by the European Committee for Standardization (CEN), the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization (CENELEC) and the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI), as well as by the European Commission’s Directorate General for Enterprise and Industry (EC DG ENTR) and by the European Free Trade Association (EFTA).
